About me.
I am a poet, a writer whose words are read, listened to, and shared around the world. I began writing poetry at 10 years old, in the form of raps and poems for my friends. I studied poetry and earned a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing. I frequent Chicago’s open mic and poetry circuit and put on events of my own to showcase other poets and their work. I’m one half of FAUX, a music duo comprised of myself and my brother and producer Oliver Fade. We recently released our first album, The Garden.
About FAUX
FAUX was created when my brother Oliver Fade came to me with an idea: he wanted to produce music tailored for my spoken word poetry. We experimented with thousands of sounds and over the course of a year, we put together our first studio album The Garden. (Which is available on all music streaming platforms.)
